The Farm to Fire: Mother's Day Edition will take place on our 122-acre family farm to honor our mothers and explore our food's indigenous origins, emphasizing each dish's cultural significance. What could be a better gift?
Imagine the fine dining experience you are accustomed to, but set beneath the stars on a beautiful farm. This event will feature acclaimed chef Jonathan Rhodes of Houston, Texas, a semi-finalist for the James Beard Foundation's Rising Star Chef of the Year Award in 2019. He has also been recognized by Food & Wine, GQ, Eater, and Texas Monthly as part of their Best New Restaurants lists.
The evening will include a tour of our farm, hors d'oeuvres, artisan cocktails, wine, and a 7-course tasting menu prepared over an open fire, using as many local ingredients as possible for a truly immersive experience.
Children are welcome; however, the extended seating time and family-style courses may make the experience less suitable for younger participants. While tickets can be purchased for children, please note that there will be no separate children's menu.
There is no specific dress code, but please remember that dinner will be held in the fields of a functioning farm. We kindly ask guests to consider this when choosing their footwear and attire for the evening.
Tickets can be transferred or gifted, but unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations. If transferring tickets, please provide the new guest’s information to info@sozofarms.com within 24 hours of the change.
